Description of the organisation: E-WERK Freiburg is a place dedicated to different styles of contemporary art. Theatre, modern dance, performance, music, literature and fine art - we make it happen. E-WERK also hosts a dancing and an acting school, and it offers rehersal rooms for young musicians and studios for fine arts practitioners. The organisation functions in a former electricity factory.

Foreseen projects in 2010: Jazzfestival Freiburg, theatre productions of “Homo Faber “ and “Eins auf die Fresse”, concerts with Botanica, Tocotronic, Fehlfarben and the SWR Orchestra.
